Job Description

  • Support customers onsite for use of our product such as initial installation, error analysis and problem solving.

  • Test and measure faulty equipment and elements in our local laboratory, which could not be resolved onsite.

  • Adjust function of our connection & memory-programmed pump controllers.

  • Inquire parameters and hydraulic system layout at new customer inquiries to fully understand customers’ needs and supply tailor-made solutions.

  • Build demo system and test equipment in our own company’s own laboratory according to customer needs.

  • Get full exposure in bioprocesses such as upstream and downstream (cultivation, perfusion, filtration, filling, etc.) and support Levitronix staff & customers in their daily work.
