Job Description

Sales Support
• Assist the sales team with preparing proposals, contracts, and event orders.
• Update and maintain the sales database, client lists, and lead tracking systems.
• Support in conducting market research, competitor analysis, and identifying potential
business opportunities.
• Help in coordinating hotel site inspections and client meetings.

Administrative Tasks
• Handle email communication, scheduling, and follow-ups with clients.
• Prepare sales reports, revenue trackers, and presentation decks.
• Maintain and organize sales files, collateral, and promotional materials.

Client Servicing
• Respond to basic client queries under guidance from the sales team.
• Coordinate with internal departments (Banquets, F&B, Front Office, Reservations) to ensure
smooth execution of bookings and events.
• Assist during MICE events, social events, or corporate bookings as required.
Mentor for Internship program: Diksha Ameria, Director of Learning & Development
