Job Description

​This position supports client service, communication, and operational activities at the Seoul Distribution Center (DC), working closely with the Seoul DC team and the Center Manager.


Operations

• Perform SAP tasks, KPI tracking, and required reports.

• Provide ad-hoc reporting and support to the Seoul DC Manager and Supervisor.

• Coordinate company and onsite events.

• Support regional and client meetings (e.g., FarEye, projects).

• Execute client-related tasks in accordance with SOPs.

• Support audits and follow-up actions.

• Prepare documentation for field operations and facility maintenance.

• Assist with re-dressing and sampling tasks.


Re-dressing

• Collect re-packaging material samples.

• Create re-packaging instructions and records; submit to Janssen W&D.

• Scan post-work instructions/records and send to the CQ team.

• Manage storage of retained samples after re-packaging.


Sampling

• Perform sampling for laboratory testing and retention.

• Manage storage, logbooks, and daily verification of samples.

• Reconcile weekly narcotic sample lists with CQ team records.

• Locate samples for CQ requests (e.g., delisting, pill ID label registration).

• Prepare quarterly disposal lists.

• Organize retention samples.

• Scan barcodes of all narcotic test and storage samples for NIMS reporting (one barcode per product; one photo per batch).

• Receive standard materials from overseas and deliver Janssen vaccines.


Shipment Approval Checklist

• Read and upload stored sample barcodes to the CQ shared folder.

• Photograph all sides of storage samples and PCC numbers; upload to the shared folder.

• Scan and upload inbound inspection reports.


Other Responsibilities

• Manage Pelican boxes and keys.

• Manage storage keys for CS storage samples.



Required Skills

  • Good manner on the phone and good communication skill with customers.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skill.

  • Proactive attitude in supporting Logistics operational tasks.

  • Excellent skills for making reports within due date.
