Zuellig Pharma Korea, established in 1997, is the Korean branch of Zuellig Pharma Holdings. The Korean office is headquartered in Yongsan, Seoul, with logistics infrastructure in major cities including Seoul, Gimpo, Hwaseong, Anseong, Osan, Daejeon, Daegu, and Busan.
To support internal communications and employee engagement initiatives aligned with Zuellig Pharma’s strategy and values. The trainee will assist in driving brand and culture campaigns, supporting Corporate Social Responsibility and sustainability programs, and strengthening internal engagement channels to foster a connected, inspired, and informed workforce.
- Support the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives such as Town Halls, engagement campaigns, and Employee Value Proposition (EVP) storytelling.
- Assist in developing and executing internal branding and communications materials, ensuring alignment and consistency with the Zuellig Pharma brand identity.
- Contribute to CSR and sustainability communications & design, including campaign storytelling, content creation, and coordination with media and internal stakeholders.
- Manage internal communication platforms such as Viva Engage, email newsletters, and digital signage across sites and warehouses, creating engaging employee-focused content.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to organize events, develop visual communication assets, and capture impactful employee stories that highlight the company culture and values.
- Assist in content planning and analytics to measure engagement and improve communication effectiveness.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Korean is an advantage.
- Ability of contents creation via design/video software i.e. Canvar
- Strong writing, storytelling, organizational, and collaboration skills.
- Creative mindset with an interest in employee engagement, branding, and corporate culture.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver with attention to detail.
