Job Description

The intern will join the Productivity Driving Group at Kajima's Kansai branch, working on projects involving cutting-edge technologies such as Generative AI, BIM, AR, and other innovative solutions aimed at improving work productivity in the construction industry.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Leveraging generative AI for problem-solving and innovative proposals
  • Supporting simple automation and data processing using Python, Power Automate, Power Apps, or RPA tools
  • Analyzing operational data and surveys to derive actionable insights
  • Systematically organizing and visualizing information for team-wide sharing
  • Contributing to smart city and Building OS initiatives through urban and architectural digitalization
  • Exploring collaboration opportunities with startups and new technology integration
  • Supporting internal DX tool adoption and marketing/branding initiatives using digital solutions

The role offers hands-on experience with international construction projects while contributing to the company's digital transformation goals. Language support and cultural integration assistance will be provided.
