Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and technical graduate with a focus on CNC machining to join our team as a CNC Machining Technician / Applications Assistant. This role is ideal for an individual eager to gain hands-on experience with a variety of high-level CNC machines, tooling, and software.

Our facility operates as both a demo lab for CNC projects and an auditorium for hosting external company events. The successful candidate will assist with CNC projects across multiple machine platforms, support live demos, and interact with customers, visitors, and industry partners. This position offers one-on-one learning and exposure to advanced machining technologies, making this an excellent growth opportunity.

Responsibilities

Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines for various projects

Perform cleaning, basic maintenance, and organization of machines and tooling

Support basic CNC programming, setup, and troubleshooting

Assist with CAD/CAM programming and job setup

Support live demonstrations / events

Required Skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Solid foundational knowledge of CNC machining principles and processes

Strong analytical and problem – solving abilities.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Proficiency in English.

Excellent communication skills

Professional, presentable demeaner suitable for a showroom and customer-facing environment

Project management experience

Experience with CAD/CAM software (HyperMill, SolidCam, Solidworks Preferred)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Driving license and ability to drive in United States (for commuting)
