Job Description

Overview
The HR Development Department is seeking a motivated intern to support a wide range of talent development and employee engagement initiatives. This internship offers hands-on experience in recruitment, training operations, and company-wide engagement activities, providing an excellent opportunity to learn how HR drives organizational growth.

1. New Graduate Recruiting Support
  • Supporting the planning, promotion, and execution of internship programs.
  • Planning and operational support for company information sessions and related events for new graduates.
2. Employee Engagement Initiatives
  • Plan and execute internal engagement events
  • Collaborate with internal volunteer groups to support event operations
  • Contribute ideas to enhance company-wide engagement and culture-building activities
3. Training Operations
  • Support planning and preparation of in-house training programs
  • Manage logistics and on-the-day operations for training sessions
  • Compile and analyze post-training survey results to identify insights and improvement opportunities

Required Skills

Required Skills (Must)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 tools (PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Collaboration Skills: Able to engage in positive communication with a wide range of people, including candidates and employees. Demonstrates behaviors that contribute as a member of the team.
Preferred Skills (Want)
  • Japanese language proficiency
  • Interest in Japanese culture
