Job Description

Interns will work on the development and optimization of mechanical watch movements.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting in the design and construction of mechanical watch movements.
- Collaborating with the R&D team on complications development and prototyping.
- Gaining exposure to mechanical watchmaking techniques and tools.

Required Skills

We are seeking interns who are currently pursuing or have recently completed a bachelor's degree, Diploma, or vocational training in Microtechnology, Horology.

Students from specialised horology or engineering programs (such as Haute École Arc – Ingénierie, or similar institutes)
We are looking for interns with a solid academic background in the movement design of mechanical watches and movements.
Experience in materials science, movement design validation, and conventional and advanced mechanical horology are desirable.
It is crucial to have hands-on experience with movement construction, structural analysis, and problems design.
Working with Titan's R&D and movement manufacturing teams during the internship gives the chance to get practical experience designing, validating, and optimising mechanical watch movements.

Interns will work on practical projects with engineers.
Key competencies:

  • Strong theoretical knowledge in mechanical movement construction,
  • Desirable if he has knowledge in materials science.
