Job Description

Scope of Work

You will have the opportunity to experience working as a consultant supporting career transitions for executive-level positions in IT Companies, Consulting Firms and other Global companies.
One of the important missions is to contribute to building relationships between candidates and clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction.

Details

Conduct area marketing, targeting and business development.
Search and attract qualified candidates.
Introduce candidates to clients.
Arrange and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
Handle post-interview feedback.
Conduct candidate meetings and maintain regular contact through phone calls and visits.
Conduct post-placement follow ups with candidates.
Accurately identify client needs, enhance customer satisfaction through our (Adecco) services, and maximize mutual benefits.

*You will gain hands-on experience as an Executive Consultant, starting from manageable tasks.
