Job Description

Overview of the Department
This position supports the development and revision of company-wide management policies and mid-term business plans, while monitoring key management indicators (KGI). The role is involved in strategic projects that drive business growth, including new business development, M&A planning, preparation of external materials, and other special initiatives.

Main Responsibilities
  • Identify issues and independently lead process improvements.
  • Monitor and analyze KGI and management data to support decision-making.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Propose solutions for operational improvements and support team members.
  • Share best practices and collaborate across departments.
Special Focus
The intern will participate in a project aimed at enhancing employee engagement and productivity by encouraging individuals to reflect on their own life and career visions, developing related programs, and designing initiatives to embed these concepts throughout the organization. In addition, the intern will research country-specific global standards on life and career visioning and provide insights tailored for Japanese companies.
