Job Description

Job Description:
The intern will support Breitling Japan by strengthening operational foundations and market understanding through structured, English-based tasks. The role delivers practical exposure to retail operations, CRM data quality, market research, and strategic thinking, without requiring Japanese language skills.

Key responsibilities include supporting retail operations through CRM (Salesforce) data cleansing, organizing and analyzing boutique operational data, and summarizing insights for headquarters. The intern will also conduct desk research on the Japanese luxury watch market, including department store trends, tourism flows, consumer behavior, and competitor positioning.

In addition, the intern will support the backend structuring of the Gaisho and VIP program by compiling VIP profiles, developing engagement calendars, and improving CRM segmentation (no direct customer interaction).

Alongside daily tasks, the intern will work on a structured strategic project analyzing the Japanese luxury watch market and Breitling Japan’s business pillars, producing recommendations and an insight deck for internal alignment.
