Job Description

Support the Head of Communications in executing ongoing campaigns, including gathering information and visual assets, maintaining the website, and managing social media posts.
Work with various media technologies and channels and produce digital media content.
Design and produce visual content to promote activities such as exhibitions and events.
Capture high-quality photographs and videos, organizing and uploading materials to shared digital libraries.
Create multimedia content including interviews, event/exhibition videos, images and copy for digital media.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and support the development and execution of communications campaigns, applying knowledge of digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
Conduct comprehensive research on social media, marketing and SEO trends and best practices.

Required Skills

Proficiency in IT and creative software (e.g. Canva)
Experience producing digital media content (e.g. video, photography, graphic design)
Basic knowledge of web design tools (e.g., WordPress)
Familiarity with social media platforms
Willing to provide creative inputs for optimizing our communications activities in addition to doing some routine work and engaging in independent small-scale projects
